Terms of Service

Welcome to ZipIt, a Chrome extension developed by Blintix Studio. By installing and using ZipIt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please uninstall the extension.

1. Description of Service

ZipIt is a browser extension that allows users to capture and download web pages as clean, self-contained ZIP archives. The extension processes webpage content (HTML, CSS, images, fonts) locally on your device and packages them into a downloadable file.

2. License & Usage

ZipIt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may:

• Use ZipIt to capture web pages you have authorization to access.
• Use the exported ZIP files for personal projects, client work, or internal use.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use ZipIt to scrape, copy, or redistribute copyrighted content without authorization from the content owner.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of ZipIt beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Use ZipIt for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute ZipIt as your own product.

4. Intellectual Property

ZipIt and all associated branding, code, and design are the intellectual property of Blintix Studio. The content you capture using ZipIt remains the property of its respective owners — ZipIt does not transfer or grant any rights to third-party content.

5. Free Tier & Pro

ZipIt offers a free tier with a limited number of exports. After the free quota is exhausted, continued usage requires upgrading to ZipIt Pro (a one-time lifetime purchase). All Pro purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZipIt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The extension will work flawlessly on every website.
• All assets (images, fonts, scripts) will be captured perfectly in every scenario.
• The extension will be available or functional at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Blintix Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of ZipIt, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ZipIt complies with all applicable laws and respects the intellectual property rights of others. ZipIt is a tool — how you use it is your responsibility.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date. Continued use of ZipIt after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
